Director Shareholdings

CyanConnode (AIM:CYAN.L), the world leader in narrowband RF mesh networks for Omni Internet of Things communications, announces that following the Company's announcement in its circular dated 14 June 2016 (the "Circular") in which it was set out that all Directors had agreed to receive shares in the Company at the placing price of 0.18 pence per Ordinary Share rather than receive all remuneration that became due during the period 1 July 2016 to 30 June 2017 in cash, and certain employees had agreed to receive shares in the Company at the placing price of 0.18 pence per ordinary share rather than any bonuses that became due during the same period, it has today issued the following shares of 0.01 pence per share (the "Income Shares" as defined in the Circular) to the directors of the Company:

As a result of the issue of these 39,879,516 Income Shares, the Company now has 15,790,791,254 Ordinary Shares in issue. The 39,879,516 shares issued today is the final payment of shares to be issued to directors relating to monthly remuneration pursuant to the announcement in the Circular. The only remaining shares to be issued are those relating to bonuses for the second half of 2016 which will be issued once achievement of targets has been confirmed.

This figure of 15,790,791,254 may be used by shareholders as the denominator by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
