The Company was informed on 4 August 2023, that David Johns-Powell, a Non-Executive Director of the Company transferred 3,750,000 ordinary shares of 2.0 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), held by his company, WPS Capital Ltd (formally William Powell & Sons Ltd), to his own name at a price of 15.2 pence per Ordinary Share.
