CyanConnode Holdings plc (AIM: CYAN), a world leader in Narrowband Radio Frequency (RF) Smart Mesh Networks, announces that Heather Peacock, Chief Financial Officer has agreed to receive 72,340 ordinary shares of 2.0p in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") as payment for part of her annual remuneration for the current financial year. These shares will be issued today, at a price of 11.75 pence per Ordinary Share, being the closing mid-market price of the Company's Ordinary Shares on 30 September 2022.

Following issue of these Ordinary Shares, Mrs Peacock's shareholding and investment in the Company will be as follows:-

In addition to the above, the Company announces that another senior employee of CyanConnode Limited has agreed to receive 48,297 Ordinary Shares also at a price of 11.75 pence per Ordinary Share as payment for part of his remuneration for the current financial year.

Following the admission of the new Ordinary Shares, the Company's total issued share capital will be 236,492,172 ordinary shares of 2 pence each.  This figure of 236,492,172 may be used by shareholders as the denominator by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
