CyanConnode Holdings plc (AIM: CYAN), a world leader in Narrowband Radio Frequency (RF) Smart Mesh Networks, announces that John Cronin, Executive Chairman, has agreed to receive 42,553 ordinary shares of 2.0p in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") as payment for part of his annual remuneration for the current financial year. These shares will be issued today, at a price of 11.75 pence per Ordinary Share, being the closing mid-market price of the Company's Ordinary Shares on 30 September 2022.

Following issue of these Ordinary Shares, Mr Cronin's shareholding and investment in the Company will be as follows:-
