CyanConnode Holdings plc (AIM: CYAN), a world leader in Narrowband Radio Frequency (RF) Smart Mesh Networks, announces that John Cronin, Executive Chairman has agreed to receive 1,467,391 ordinary shares of 2.0p in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") as payment for part of his annual remuneration for the current financial year. These shares will be issued today, at a price of 4.6 pence per Ordinary Share, being the closing mid-market price of the Company's Ordinary Shares on 16 December 2020, being the day before the Ordinary Shares were issued.
Following issue of these Ordinary Shares, Mr Cronin's shareholding and investment in the Company will be as follows:-
