Directors' Shareholdings

Cyan Holdings plc (AIM:CYAN.L), the integrated system and software design company delivering mesh based flexible wireless solutions for utility metering and lighting control, has been notified today that John Cronin, Executive Chairman, has purchased 54,500,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.01p in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") today, at a price of 0.1827 pence per Ordinary Share. In addition, the Company has also been notified today that Simon Smith, Chief Financial Officer, has purchased 27,500,000 Ordinary Shares today, at a price of 0.189 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following today's purchases, John Cronin and Simon Smith have the following beneficial interests in the Company's Ordinary Shares:
