Director Shareholding

Cyan Holdings plc (AIM:CYAN.L), the integrated system and software design company delivering mesh based flexible wireless solutions for utility metering and  lighting control announces that John Cronin, Executive Chairman has today purchased shares to the value of £36,642.86 through the exercise of 7,328,571 warrants at a price of 0.5 pence per share. These warrants were issued in the Placing as approved by shareholders in August 2012, and full details can be found in the Company's Circular dated 13 July 2013.

Following the issue of the ordinary shares relating to this warrant exercise, John Cronin's interest in the Company's current issued share capital will increase to 50,696,884 being 1.91% of the current issued share capital.

In addition, the Company's issued share capital will increase to 2,648,052,850 ordinary shares. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interests in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
