Director Shareholding

Cyan Holdings plc (AIM:CYAN.L), the integrated system and software design company delivering mesh based flexible wireless solutions for utility metering and lighting control, is pleased to announce that on Wednesday 5th June 2013, two directors purchased shares in the Company as follows:-

(i)           John Read, Non-Executive Director, has purchased a total of 1,000,000 ordinary shares at a price of 0.6 pence per share, bringing his interest in the Company's current issued share capital to 25,892,621 being 1.00% of the current issued share capital.

(ii)          Simon Smith, Non-Executive Director, has purchased a total of 2,000,000 ordinary shares at a price of 0.6 pence per share, bringing his interest in the Company's current issued share capital to 24,221,424 being 0.94% of current issued share capital.
