Completion of Placing and Subscription

CyanConnode Holdings plc (AIM:CYAN.L), the integrated system and software design company delivering mesh based flexible wireless solutions for utility metering and lighting control, is pleased to confirm that following all resolutions being passed by shareholders at the general meeting of the Company held yesterday, the placing and subscription announced by the Company on 17 March 2017 is now conditional only upon the admission of a total of 1,906,912,392 ordinary shares of 0.01 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the following schedule:
