PERTAINING TO THE ORDINARY SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING

Rome, 28 march 2025 - CY4GATE (CY4.MI), national and European player in cyber security and cyber intelligence, announces that, today the following documents has been made available to the public on the website www.cy4gate.com, in the "Governance/Shareholders' meetings/2025" section:

• notice of call of the ordinary Shareholders' meeting of Cy4Gate S.p.A, called on April 28, 2025, at 16:30 in single call;
• an extract of the above-mentioned notice of call, published today on the newspaper "Milano Finanza";
• the Report of the Board of Directors on the agenda of the Shareholders' meeting;
• the proxy/sub-proxy form;
• information regarding the amount of share capital.

These documents are also available at the registered office of the Company and at the authorized storage system ,
