SUBMISSION OF LISTS OF CANDIDATES FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND THE BOARD OF STATUTORY AUDITORS, AND PROVISION OF FURTHER DOCUMENTATION FOR THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS
Rome, 07 april 2026 - CY4GATE (CY4.MI), national and European player in cyber security and cyber intelligence, announces that, as of today, the following have been made available to the public at the Company's registered office, on the authorised storage mechanism "" at , and on the Company's website (www.cy4gate.com) the lists received by the Company for the appointment of the Board of Directors and the Board of Statutory Auditors – on which the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting, convened in a single call for 28 April 2026, is called upon to resolve – together with the candidates' curriculum vitae, their declaration of acceptance of the office and of possession of the requirements prescribed by law and the Articles of Association for the assumption of such offices.

List No. 1 was submitted by Elettronica S.p.A., who holds 9,045,912 ordinary shares, representing approximately 38.38% of the share capital.
List No. 2 was submitted by TEC Cyber S.p.A., who holds 3,809,524 ordinary shares, representing approximately 16.16% of the share capital.
List No. 3 was submitted by a Group of asset management companies and institutional investors, who together hold 1,324,315 shares, representing approximately 5.62% of the share capital.
List No. 4 was submitted by First SICAF S.p.A., who holds 1,213,232 ordinary shares, representing approximately 5.15% of the share capital.
