NOTICE OF SUBSTANTIAL CHANGE IN SHAREHOLDING INSTITUTIONAL INVESTOR FIRST CAPITAL S.P.A., THROUGH ITS SUBSIDIARY FIRST SICAF S.P.A., EXCEEDS THE THRESHOLD OF 5% OF CY4GATE'S SHARE CAPITAL
Rome, November 25, 2024 – CY4GATE (CY4.MI), a national and European player in cyber security and cyber intelligence, announces that today it has received from shareholder First SICAF S.p.A., the notice of substantial change, whereby it informed the Company that on November 25, 2024, it had exceeded the relevant threshold of 5% of Cy4Gate's share capital, holding 1,250,000 ordinary shares equal to 5.30%.
Following this announcement, the new share capital of Cy4Gate S.p.A. is participated as follows:
