COMPOSITION OF THE SHARE CAPITAL

Rome, 4th July 2023 - CY4GATE (CY4.MI) (the "Company" or the "Issuer") following the completion of the listing operation - on the segment Euronext STAR Milan of Euronext Milan market, organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. – of the Company's ordinary shares which took place on 26th June 2023, upon receipt of the communications pursuant to Article 120 of the TUF ("Obligations to notify relevant shareholdings") by the shareholders who hold a percentage of the share capital or of the voting rights of the Company subject to notification pursuant to current legislation, discloses the composition of its share capital.

Therefore, this press release is intended to highlight the following information:

(*) The share capital of Elettronica S.p.A. is held for approximately 35.3% by Benigni S.r.l., for approximately 33.3% by Thales S.A. and for approximately 31.3% by Leonardo S.p.A.. As far as the Issuer is aware, none of the shareholders of Elettronica S.p.A. is able to professionally exercise de facto or de jure control over the same pursuant to art. 93 of the TUF.
