CY4GATE GROUP: A CONTRACT WORTH OVER € 1 MILLION SIGNED WITH ELT GROUP IN THE FIELD OF CYBER SECURITY FOR THE DEFENSE SECTOR - NAVAL DOMAIN

THE CONTRACT WILL HAVE A DURATION OF FIVE YEARS

Roma, October 04, 2024 - CY4GATE (CY4.MI), national and European player in cyber security and cyber intelligence, has signed a contract for a total value of more than € 1 million for an important contract for the Defense sector in the naval domain through ELT Group, a leading company in Europe in Electronic Defense for over 70 years old, major shareholder of the Cy4Gate Group.

The contract, lasting five years, has the aim of strengthening the defense capabilities of four frigates of a foreign Navy against potential cyber attacks, through the supply of particularly high-performance technologies supported by in-depth expertise in the specific sector. These are naval platforms in the process of being upgraded, which for the first time integrate a cyber defense operational requirement. This change is the result of the evolution of threats, which has led the conflict to also extend to the cyber domain.

The project will make use of proprietary technologies already developed and Artificial Intelligence, for which Cy4Gate internally creates specific algorithms for cyber defense.

Cy4Gate has the opportunity to implement a cutting-edge project, which aims to protect high-value platforms intended for the defense and security of a nation from the most recent, advanced and subtle cyber threats, with significant benefits in terms of technological advancement and skills, from which products intended for the civilian cyber security market will also benefit.
