PRESENTATION OF THE CANDIDATURE OF ALBERTO TRABUCCHI FOR THE POSITION OF ALTERNATE AUDITOR
Rome, 03 April 2024 - CY4GATE (CY4.MI), national and European player in cyber security and cyber intelligence, announces that, in view of the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting scheduled for 22 April 2024 on first call and, if necessary, for 23 April 2024 on second call, in accordance with the relevant notice published on 22 March 2024, the shareholder Elettronica S.p.A. has nominated Mr. Alberto Trabucchi for the position of Alternate Auditor of the Company, in replacement of Mr. Sebastiano Bonanno, who resigned on 18 May 2023, effective immediately, for personal reasons.
