ANNOUNCEMENT

COMPLETION OF ISSUANCE OF THE THIRD TRANCHE OF SUPER & SHORT-TERM COMMERCIAL PAPER FOR THE YEAR OF 2021

Reference is made to the announcement of Sinofert Holdings Limited (the “ Company ”) dated 27 April 2021.

The Company wishes to announce that on 28 April 2021, Sinochem Fertilizer Company Limited, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, completed the issuance of the third tranche of the super & short-term commercial paper for the year of 2021 in an amount of RMB1 billion, with a term of 90 days and at a coupon rate of 2.6% per annum.
