Transaction in own shares

CVS announces that on 02 January 2026 it purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 0.2 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") from Joh. Berenberg, Gossler & Co. KG, London Branch ("Berenberg"), in accordance with the terms of the share buyback programme announced on 24 October 2025 (the "Share Buyback Programme").

CVS intends to cancel all of the purchased Ordinary Shares.

Following settlement of the above purchases and cancellation of the Ordinary Shares purchased, CVS will have 70,691,575 Ordinary Shares in issue and holds no Ordinary Shares in treasury.

The total number of voting rights in CVS is therefore 70,691,575 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, CVS under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

Since the commencement of the Share Buyback Programme, the Company has repurchased 1,049,208 Ordinary Shares in aggregate at a weighted average price of 1,222.17 pence per share.

In accordance with Article 5(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 (the Market Abuse Regulation), as it forms part of Retained EU Law as defined in the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, the table below contains detailed information of the individual trades made by Berenberg as part of the Share Buyback Programme.
