Block Listing Cancellation

CVS, one of the UK's leading providers of veterinary services, currently has 21,308 ordinary shares of 0.2 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") block listed under the Company's 2009/2012 Save as You Earn scheme (the "Scheme"). The Scheme has now been closed and as a result the block listing associated with it has been cancelled. 7,814 Ordinary Shares were issued under the Scheme since the last block listing review was released on 28 May 2013 and these Ordinary Shares are included in the Company's total voting rights as per the announcement released on 1 November 2013.
