CVS, one of the UK's leading provider of integrated veterinary services, announces that it was notified on 30 March 2020 that Richard Connell, Chairman of the Company, had today purchased a further 6,500 ordinary shares of 0.2p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").

As a result, Mr Connell's total interest in the company, including his wife's holdings, is now 152,800 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.22 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company.
