CVS, the veterinary services group, announces that it was notified on 30 January 2019 that on 30 January 2019, Richard Connell, Chairman of the Company, purchased 20,000 ordinary shares of 0.2p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").

As a result, Mr Connell's total interest in the company, including his wife's holdings, is now 140,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.20 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company.
