("CVS" or the "Company")

Director/PDMR and PCA Shareholding

CVS, the veterinary services group, announces that it was notified on 30 January 2019 that on that date, Shirley Henderson, wife of Simon Innes (Chief Executive Officer) and a person closely associated with him, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 0.2p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").

Simon Innes, and persons closely associated (PCA) with him, now hold 265,334 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.38 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company.

In addition, CVS was notified on 31 January 2019 that on that date Louise Fairman, wife of Richard Fairman (Finance Director) and a person closely associated with him, purchased 10,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company.

Richard Fairman, and persons closely associated (PCA) with him, now hold 11,450 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.02 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company.
