CVS, the UK's leading provider of integrated veterinary services, announces that it was notified on 7 December 2017 that on 7 December 2017, Richard Connell, a Non-executive Director of the Company, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 0.2p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").

As a result, Mr Connell holds 107,870 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.17 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company. Mr Connell's total interest in the Company, including his wife's holding, is 110,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.17 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company.
