CVS, one of the UK's leading providers of veterinary services, was notified that earlier today, Richard Connell, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 11,000 ordinary shares of 0.2 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 185 pence per share for his SIPP.

Following this purchase, Richard Connell is interested in 80,391 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.14 per cent in the total voting rights of the Company.
