Result of AGM

CVS, one of the UK's leading providers of integrated veterinary services, announces that at the Company's Annual General Meeting ('AGM') held yesterday, all of the resolutions proposed, as set out in the Notice of the AGM, were duly passed on a show of hands, save for resolution 5 which was withdrawn prior to the start of the meeting.

A summary of proxy votes received for each resolution will shortly be available on the Company's website, www.cvsukltd.co.uk.
