On February 27, 2013, CVR Partners, LP (NYSE: UAN) (the “Partnership”) issued a press release announcing information regarding its results of operations and financial condition for the quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2012. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference. CVR Energy, Inc. (the “Company”) owns the general partner and a majority of the common units of the Partnership.
