Further to the announcement made on 8th of December 2005, CVC is pleased to announce that it has completed the acquisition of Taragon Management Limited, the responsible entity for Taragon Property Fund (ASX Listed: TPG) and the purchase of 2,940,002 units in Taragon Property Fund.
