TARAGON MANAGEMENT LIMITED
The Directors of CVC Limited are pleased to announce that the Company has entered into an agreement for the acquisition of Taragon Management Limited (TML), the manager and responsible entity for the ASX listed Taragon Property Fund (ASX Code: TPG).
The acquisition will further strengthen the funds management capabilities of CVC and the strategy of growing funds under management and recurring fee income.
