CVC Notes 2 – Successful Completion of Bookbuild

CVC Limited ( CVC ) today announces the successful completion of the bookbuild and has allocated approximately $31.1m of CVC Notes 2, with the Margin set at 4.75% per annum.

A replacement prospectus ( Prospectus ) including the Margin and the revised pro-forma numbers is expected to be lodged with ASIC on or about 30 March 2023, which investors are encouraged to read.
