Divestment of Key Holding

CVC Limited (ASX:CVC) entered into an agreement to sell 19.9% of Eildon Capital Group (ASX: EDC)

CVC had entered into an agreement with Samuel Terry Asset Management Pty Ltd as trustee for Samuel Terry Absolute Return Active Fund on 21 April 2023 to sell 9,400,882 stapled securities in Eildon Capital Group ( Eildon ) representing 19.9% of the stapled securities on issue in Eildon. The consideration to be paid for the holding is approximately $8.7m representing a price of $0.93 per stapled security.

The divestment releases capital that is earmarked for future capital commitments relating to contracted investments and to undertake new transactions which are anticipated in the medium term.
