Divestment of Key Holding

CVC Limited (ASX:CVC) sells balance of Eildon Capital Group holding (ASX: EDC)

As previously announced, CVC Limited entered into an agreement to sell securities amounting to 19.9% ownership of Eildon Capital Group ( Eildon ) on 21 April 2023.

CVC has now subsequently sold the remaining of its holding in Eildon, which totalled 8,163,090 securities, on market for a consideration of $7,591,673.70.

The divestment of the Eildon holding releases capital for CVC to invest in committed and potential future opportunities over the medium term.
