CVC EMERGING COMPANIES FUND

CVC Limited (ASX: CVC) is pleased to advise that the CVC Emerging Companies Fund ( Fund ) has successfully reached the minimum level of funds under the Fund’s mandate of $40 million, with applications received to date in excess of $40 million. The Fund is continuing to receive applications which will close on Friday, 12 April, 2019. The Fund is managed by CVC Emerging Companies IM Pty Ltd ( Investment Manager ), a joint venture investment manager with Evans Dixon Limited (ASX: ED1).
