DIRECTOR APPOINTMENT

CVC Limited is pleased to announce the re-appointment of Mr John Leaver as Executive Director of CVC Limited ( CVC ), effective 21 February 2022.

Mr Leaver was originally a founder of CVC in 1984 and currently holds an executive position within the company. Since 1984 Mr Leaver has held board positions in both Non-Executive and Executive capacities since that time.

A summary of Mr Leaver’s existing employment terms are set out below. The engagement also contains customary terms regarding confidentiality and privacy.

Commencement date as Executive Director	21 February 2022
Term	Ongoing until terminated by either party.
Base salary	$207,763 per annum, plus minimum statutorysuperannuation contributions.
Incentives	Mr Leaver will be eligible to receive short-termincentives and participate in incentive plans setby the company, the terms and operation ofwhich are at the discretion of the Board.
Notice period	Either party may terminate the employmentwith reasonable written notice. The Companymay terminate the employment without noticein certain circumstances for serious breaches.
