CVC Limited (‘CVC’) (ASX: CVC) advises that effective today Vanda Gould has notified the board of directors that he will be retiring as chairman and director of the company due to personal reasons.
The board of directors will be considering its current composition including the appointment of a replacement chairman in the near future.
