Board Changes

CVC Limited (ASX: CVC), advises that director Mr Vanda Gould informed the Company today that he intends to step down as Chairman of the Board, effective immediately.

The Board intends to review its composition and renewal processes, which may result in further changes. Any future changes to the Board will be made to ensure it continues to have the appropriate mix and depth of skills.
