Clarification of Board Changes

Further to the announcement of 21 October 2013 regarding the changes to the Board of Directors, CVC Limited (ASX: CVC) wishes to clarify that Mr Vanda Gould has stepped down as Chairman of the Company, but will remain a director until such time as the Board completes the review of its composition, as announced yesterday.
