Appointment of Chairman
The Directors of CVC Limited (ASX: CVC) announce the appointment of Mr John Read as Chairman of the Company with effect from 25 November 2013.
Mr Read is a non-executive director of CVC and is currently the Chairman of the Company’s Audit Committee.
Mr Read succeeds Mr Vanda Gould who stepped down as Chairman on 21 October 2013.
