Date of Annual General Meeting and Closing Date for Director Nominations

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, CVC Limited (ASX: CVC) ( Company ) advises that its Annual General Meeting ( Meeting ) will be held on 27 November 2024.

An election of directors will be held at the Meeting pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 14.5. Details of the Meeting (including location), other resolutions and how to participate will be included in the notice of meeting.

In accordance with the Company’s constitution, the closing date for the receipt of nominations is 9 October 2024. Nominations must be received at the Company’s registered office no later than 5:00 pm (Sydney time) on that date.
