Date of Annual General meeting and Closing Date for Director Nominations

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, CVC Limited (ASX: CVC) ( Company ) advises that its Annual General Meeting ( Meeting ) will be held at 12:00pm (Sydney time) on Tuesday, 24 October 2023 at a location to be confirmed.

An election of directors will be held at the Meeting pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 14.5. Details of the directors and other resolutions will be included in the notice of meeting.

In accordance with the Company’s constitution, the closing date for the receipt of nominations is 5 September 2023. Nominations must be received at the Company’s registered office no later than 5:00pm (Sydney time) on that date.
