Item 8.01 Other Events

Effective April 7, 2013, CVB Financial Corp. (the “Company”) completed the redemption of the remaining half of the outstanding capital and common securities issued by the Company’s trust subsidiary, CVB Statutory Trust II for total consideration of $20.8 million.
