Cuscal Limited Annual General Meeting and Nomination of Directors
Cuscal Limited (ASX: CCL) ( Cuscal or the Company ) confirms, as disclosed in its FY25 Annual Report lodged with the ASX on 22 August 2025, that the 2025 Annual General Meeting for Cuscal ( AGM ) will be held at 4:00pm (Sydney time) on 30 October 2025.
The Notice of Meeting and Explanatory Memorandum for the AGM will be issued no later than 23 September 2025 and will contain details of how shareholders can attend, ask questions and vote at the AGM.
Nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director of Cuscal at the AGM must be received in writing no later than 5:00pm (Sydney Time) on 11 September 2025 at Cuscal’s registered office or by email to the Company Secretary at [email protected].
