Notice of AGM

Curzon Energy plc (LON:CZN) the London Stock Exchange listed oil and gas development company, pursuing a targeted strategy of upstream North American natural gas appraisal and development assets, announces that its Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") was posted to shareholders, along with the Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2018, on 15 May 2019.

The Company will be holding its AGM at the offices of the Company, 71-91 Aldwych House, London, WC2B 4HN on 26 June 2019 at 3:00 p.m.

Forms of proxy must be completed, signed and returned so as to be received by the Company's Registrars by no later than 3:00 p.m. on 24 June 2019.  Full details are set out in the Notice of AGM, which has been posted to shareholders and is also available on the Company's website (www.curzonenergy.com).
