Curzon Energy plc (LON:CZN) the London Stock Exchange listed oil and gas development company, pursuing a targeted strategy of upstream North American natural gas appraisal and development assets, announces that it has accepted the resignation of Mr. Brian Kinane as a non-executive director of the Company. 

John McGoldrick, Chairman, commented:

"I would like to thank Brian for his efforts in driving both the successful IPO of the business in 2017 and his continued support in our efforts to further develop and broaden our exposure to the US natural gas story.

"We thank Brian for the very meaningful contributions he has made to Curzon since its inception and we wish him all the best in his future endeavors.
