Date of Annual General Meeting and closing date for director nominations
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, on behalf of the board I advise that the Annual General Meeting of CurveBeam AI Limited ( CVB or the Company ) will be held on 22 November 2023.
An item of business at the Annual General Meeting will be the election of directors. In accordance with clause 8.2 (a) (iii) of the Company’s constitution, the closing date for receipt of nominations is 20 September 2023 no later than 5:00pm (Melbourne time).
