Application for Block Listing

The Company announces that an application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 8,280,050 ordinary shares of 0.1p each. These consist of:

4,803,152 ordinary shares of 0.1p each to be issued in respect of the Dixons Carphone plc 2013 Share Plan

1,858,935 ordinary shares of 0.1p each to be issued in respect of the Dixons Carphone plc 2010 Long Term Incentive Plan

1,617,963 ordinary shares of 0.1p each to be issued in respect of the Dixons Carphone plc Long Term Incentive Plan 2016

The shares are to trade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List upon issue. The shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.
