Listing of Shares

The Company has made an application to the UK Listing Authority for 1,264,180 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence ("Ordinary Shares") each to be admitted to the Official List and for them to be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange.

The application comprises a block listing of 325,500 Ordinary Shares under the Dixons Retail plc Executive Share Option Plan 2008and 938,680 Ordinary Shares under the Dixons Retail plc Sharesave Plan 2008.

It is expected that admission of the Ordinary Shares will take place on 12 August 2014.
