Cancellation of Sharesave Options

Dixons Carphone plc (the 'Company') announces that it has been notified that two of its persons discharging managerial responsibility ('PDMRs') cancelled options to purchase 0.1p ordinary shares in the Company pursuant to the Company's savings related share option scheme ('Sharesave'). The Sharesave is an all-employee HMRC approved Save As You Earn scheme. The two PDMRs cancelled their participation in previous Sharesave schemes to invest the maximum amount permissible in the Company's Sharesave scheme this year.
