Grant of Sharesave Options
In accordance with the requirements of DTR 3.1 and Market Abuse Regulation Article 19, Currys plc (the 'Company') announces that, on 25 August 2022, Alex Baldock and Bruce Marsh were granted options to purchase 0.1p ordinary shares in the Company pursuant to the Currys plc Savings Related Share Option Scheme 2013 (the "Sharesave Scheme"). The Sharesave Scheme is an all-employee share plan and executive directors are eligible to participate on the same terms as other eligible employees. Alex Baldock joined the five-year scheme and Bruce Marsh joined the three-year scheme. Details are set out below:
