In accordance with the requirements of DTR 3.1 and Market Abuse Regulation Article 19, Dixons Carphone plc (the 'Company') announces that Katie Bickerstaffe and Humphrey Singer have both exercised a three-year option granted in 2013 under Dixons Retail plc's Sharesave Plan 2008 over 601 ordinary shares of the Company, at an option price of 209.35 pence per share.
