Currys plc - change of director responsibilities
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11(3), Currys plc announces that Bruce Marsh, Group Chief Financial Officer, will assume responsibility from Erik Sønsterud for the Company's business in Greece. This change will be effective from 6 February 2023. In addition to this role, Bruce Marsh will continue to lead the Group Finance, Strategy, Investor Relations and Global Business Solutions teams. Erik Sønsterud will remain the Chief Executive Officer of the Nordics business and John Vasilakos will continue as Managing Director of Greece. This change is not expected to have any impact on day-to-day operations of the Group's businesses.
