Notice of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

You're invited to attend the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Currency Exchange International, Corp.

This year the meeting will be held as follows:

Agenda for the Meeting

• Receive the annual audited financial statements for the year ended October 31, 2024 and the report of the auditors thereon;
• Elect the directors of the Corporation;
• Appoint Doane Grant Thornton LLP as the auditors of the Corporation for the ensuing year and to authorize the directors of the Corporation to fix their remuneration; and
• Consider any other business which may properly come before the meeting.
